There is a stream that courses through American roots music.  The Carters crossed styles, crossed genres, crossed generations.  This documentary includes studio performances by celebrated roots musicians like Johnny and June Carter Cash, George Jones, Rosanne Cash, Sheryl Crow, Kris Kristofferson and others.
